Mail My Friend (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a service that prints and mails personal letters on your behalf. By using mailmyfriend.com, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

When you submit a letter through our site, we print your message on quality paper, place it in an envelope, and mail it via USPS First Class to the recipient address you provide. If you add a photo, it is printed and included in the same envelope.

All Sales Are Final

Because letters are printed and mailed immediately after payment, all sales are final. We cannot recall, intercept, or modify a letter once it has been submitted.

Exception: If we fail to deliver your letter due to a technical error on our end (e.g., the letter was never printed or mailed despite successful payment), we will either re-send the letter or issue a full refund at your choice. Email us with your receipt to request this.

Refund Policy

• No refunds for change of mind, typos in your message, or incorrect addresses you provided.
• Refunds or re-sends only if we can confirm a fulfillment failure on our end.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your letter. Do not use this service to send threatening, harassing, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate recipient mailing address.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Content We Won't Print

We reserve the right to refuse to print and mail letters that contain threats, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or spam/bulk commercial solicitation. We do not routinely screen letter content, but we reserve the right to refuse service.

Delivery

Letters are mailed via USPS First Class. Typical delivery is 3-5 business days within the US. We are not responsible for USPS delays, lost mail, or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Base letter (1 page): $5. Add a photo: +$3. Extra page: +$3. Prices may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Limitation of Liability

Mail My Friend is a letter printing and mailing service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific letter in question. We are not liable for emotional distress, lost opportunities, or any indirect damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
